EVENT INFORMATION 

RAIN OR SHINE

Our tribute acts will perform rain or shine. The show will go on regardless of weather conditions, (think Glastonbury) so please dress accordingly.

We recommend bringing a raincoat or umbrella if the forecast suggests rain and bring something warm to wear if it turns chilly in the evening. Please feel free to bring blankets and collapsible picnic chairs for your comfort if you wish.

EARLY ARRIVAL

We encourage guests to arrive early to secure the best spots and enjoy a selection of delicious food and drink before the show starts. Arriving early also allows you to soak up the pre-show atmosphere.

We have a limited amount of car parking spaces on site which are first come first served, so please car share, walk or use public transport where you can. The local I TRAVEL bus is easy to use and book and Delamere train station is only a 20 minute walk.

For Taxis we suggest using DISTRICT TAXIS 01928 733733.

WRISTBAND POLICY

Upon entry you will be given a wristband that allows you to access service at the bars throughout the event.

This wristband is also required for re-entry admission should you need to leave and return.

Please ensure this is worn at all times otherwise service and re-admission will not be granted.

FOOD & DRINK

Our regular menu at the Carriers Inn will be served until 5:30pm and then at 6pm we change to our Festival Food Menu which runs until 9:30pm. If you wish to have a full pub meal please book a table on our website and add a note in your booking that you are attending a tribute night so we can get you checked in.

Our main bar and garden bar will be open throughout the night and you can also order your drinks via our drinks QR code.

PLEASE NOTE ANYBODY WITHOUT A TICKET WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES AT 7pm ON EACH EVENT NIGHT.

Please note that only food and drink bought on the premises is allowed. We reserve the right to carry out bag searches.

OTHER INFORMATION

Sorry for our tribute nights we do not allow dogs to be present.

Children over the age of 10 are welcome with a earlybird or standard ticket (please note there is not a children's ticket)

Refunds will only be available if the event has to be postponed or cancelled due to circumstances

beyond the managements control.

The management reserve the right to refuse entry or eject anybody not following our guidelines.

The bars shut at 11pm on each tribute night and live music outside is not permitted after 11pm.

We request that you leave the premises quietly for the peace of our neighbour's. ​​​​​
